My Dear Alicia,

Today has been our first day of class. The name of our school is St John's College. First of all, when we arrived at school, we were taken an exam to see our level. Then, we all went into a big classroom and introduced ourselves playing a game. Then, we marked our school, our house and the bus stops on a map.

At one o'clock, more or less, we had our packed-lunch and, after that, we went on a walking tour of Portsmouth. We visited the centre, the train station and some shops where I did my first "pound shopping": a little present for you and a pair of ear rings for me.

Well, I've got to go because I must take a shower…
