My Dear Alicia, Today, after lunch, there was a Treasure Hunt. We had to go to different places in the town to answer all the question we were made. The group who was faster than the others and had all the information well written and right won the prize. While we were doing it, we met a couple of very nice and funny boys from the school who helped us in most of the questions. We finished very quickly and they invited us to have a coke. They were not very good looking but they were quite nice and we talked a lot. Time ran very fast and although we had finished the first we gave the answers to the teachers the last. Finally, we went home to dress and make up for the dico in the evening. The disco was in the school theatre. It was illuminated with colour lights and there was a Dj, well, not a real Dj: there was a fat man that selected the music. When I arrived at the "disco", everybody was sitting down,
looking at each other. Suddenly Sara, Mari Carmen and Marta stood up
and told everybody to dance. Patricia and I started dancing and the
fat man played "Lady Marmalade" and everybody came to dance
with us. The last song I remember was "Macarena", a too typical
one, but funny. There was nobody sitting in the chairs. Everybody was
dancing this horrible song. It was fantastic. When it finished, I went
back home by taxi. Love, Lidia |
