Lidia's Diary in Portsmouth

Dear Alicia,

Today hasn't been as exciting as yesterday. In the morning, we started working in the project and after lunch the teachers took us to Southsea Castle, a little old castle (1554) built by King Henry VIII and placed in the Southsea neighbourhood, by the sea.

The building wasn't interesting at all! Actually, it was very boring. It was a tiny castle with nothing inside. To make matters worse, it was a very windy and cold day and I ruffled my hair.

But at the bus stop, while we were talking and waiting for the bus to come, suddenly someone tapped my shoulder and I turned round and there was a very cute boy asking if we were Spanish. His name was Guillermo and he was from Bilbao. He was studying English and living with an English family during all the summer holidays. We arranged meeting again tomorrow, in the park.
That's all for today. Good night,

Lidia
