To make a residence hall reservation, please complete the reservation form and send it by fax or email* to the CongressSecretariat before 17 May 2004. Payment will be made at the residence hall on your arrival in Barcelona, but it is essential to complete the credit card data to make the reservation effective.

Residence Cancellations

Any cancellations or changes to a residence hall reservation must be notified to the Congress Secretariat, MANNERS in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

For 'no-shows': the fee for 1 night's accommodation will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled.
