CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be sent in writing, or printed if sent by fax, to the Congress Secretariat, MANNERS.

For cancellations received before 31 May 2004, the total registration fee, less bank expenses, will be refunded.
Between 1 June and 30 June 2004, 35% will be refunded.
After 1 July 2004, no refunds shall be given for cancellations.
