Payment for one night's lodging as a deposit is necessary. The balance of your bill should be paid directly at the hotel when you leave Barcelona.

HOTEL CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations to hotel reservations must be notified to the Congress Secretariat – MANNERS in writing.
The following cancellation charges will apply:

01.06.04 Up to and including this date, 50% of the total amount paid shall be refunded.
After this date no refunds shall be given.
